We have or an international guiding degree (UIAGM) or of skiing. We speak english, spanish, russian, italien, bulgarian. Our purpose is to lead you to a higher level and to new feelings in moutain. We are good mentors and organize and guide courses half-day, all day, from beginner to experimented skier/climber.

High mountain guide since 2004 and former primary school teacher. Olivier dedicated his youth to national challenges of ski-alpinisme for 15 years.
Great climber, he used to did 7c but he’s above all a master in glaciaire vertical climbing.
Now and since twelve years, he devotes himself mostly in guiding a lot in backcountry skiing in all the Alpes but also in snowshoes (Savoie, Suisse, Autriche, Dolomites italiennes).
He has been successful in professional guiding on the Grande Traversée des Alpes (7 500 km) in ski-touring.

Mountain leader and ski instructor, Carine often guides hikes and trekks: she offers day or week trekkings in Vanoise, everywhere in Savoie and “Tour du Mont Blanc” tours, as well as in Queyras, Zanskar (Himalaya). On skis she is fond of teaching backcountry skiing (off-piste) and ski-touring. She teaches all publics, all levels; she is a true specialist also for teaching any disabled skiers, in bob-ski or not.
Carine speaks fluent spanish and english, and well brazilian portuguese. She has notions of hebrew & italian languages too!

Yves speaks currently spanish (licence and master LLCE spanish + DEUG LEA english spanish russian). He speak and write well english, italian, russian, portuguese. He has good basis in bulgarian, litteral arabe, german, chinese. Yann is a ski instructor, and a sailing instructor. His favourite teaching classes are skiing, snowboarding (class 2) on piste and off-piste and also snowshoeing, ski-touring. After working with different ski schools, he became free-lance. He’s fond of photography too. Yann speaks fluent english.
Jo has been working as an independent ski instructor in Val d’Isère for the last 7 years after few years in Chamonix. Originally from the Savoyard Alps in Beaufortain “the other side of the mountain” she is a local ! she get the top French ski instructor qualification in 2000. While she travelled in South-America to ski and write article for Ski-mags, she experienced to train kids in ski-competition in the Parva Ski-club. In her passion for ski she passed the diploma of Ski Patrol to know more about snow and avalanche risk. By the time she did some freeride competitions for the fun and in Europe and was on the top 10 female riders for 3 years in the FWT (Freeride World Tour). She started a ski company in 2002 with a friend and they developed the first polyvalent fat skis in France. They are now still building handmade skis in Haute-Savoie under the brand of Bumtribe wich means Tribute of Skibums. And she’s actually a kind of skibum traveling to hunt the better snow conditions. She’s mostly interested by steep and couloirs skiing around the Alps and love to share it with friends. As her life is all about nature she is a mountain leader in summer. She teaches all levels of skiing from beginner to expert, and offers private coaching sessions, small group lessons, off-piste. She’s enthusiasmed about not only guiding but helping off-pist skiers to fine- tune their way to ski.
Norbert Silvin, Savoyard from Peisey, dedicated his childhood to national and regional challenges of cross-country skiing. In winter he participated every week-end to 1 or 2 ski run and even 4 times in France championships. In his youth, Norbert opened some new routes in Vanoise (Séloge…) and succeeded new rocky routes in Cordillera of Huayhuash. He opened with J-M Boucansaud and Yves Astier the really difficult West face of nevado Sarapo (6 140 m) in Perou. Now he practices works fitting with its diplomas : 2nd degree teacher of nordic skiing and mountain leading instructor as well as UIAGM high-moutain guide, and hotel manager too. He participed in several expeditions in Ecuador, as guide but also in interesting carrying out skiing expeditions or in mountaineering of Dhaulagiri in Nepal.
Mecanician ingeneer and high-moutain guide. Benoît spend his time between this 2 activities. As high-moutain guide, his wish is to be able to transmit his love of the moutain. His main objective is to make you progess along the courses and grow a real relation into the climbing team. Frédéric Valet is a Savoyard and Mauriennais. He’s member of the ski patrol and UIAGM high-mountain guide, a real one ! Experimented Himalayan mountaineer and solo climb specialist, he started and mostly did ascents in the Alps. It was a period where classics summits came one after another : Mont Blanc, Grandes Jorasses, Drus, Droites, Eiger, Cervin… Frédéric Valet succeeded the ascent of the Cerro Aconcagua (6 967 meters) South route, French route twice. He has also done it once in solo. This high-mountain guide climbed up (or tried to) several 8 000 meters. In a nutshell, many of his expeditions were achieved : Jannu, K2, Cho oyu, Xixapangma, Cerro Torre, Denali…
